GALVANIZATION
Galvanization is an electrochemical process by means of which the surface of a metal is covered by another metal, whose ions are dissociated in the electrolytic solution.
The purpose of galvanization consists in the increase of the corrosion resistance of the covered parts. Prisma Info Ltd. offers services of electrochemical galvanization by nickel plating, brass plating, phosphating and zinc coating with specific passivating, in frames or in barrels.
On the barrel line made of 15 valves, the specific operations in horizontal barrels are performed up to a capacity of 60 kilos on barrels. On the frame line made of 15 valves, the galvanization of the parts having maximum sizes of 250 x 1000 x 600 mm is performed. The galvanization section is provided with the verification and control equipment supplied by the companies Hanna Instruments and DeFlesko from USA, being able to offer certificates regarding the layer thickness.
Because we care about the quality of our products, starting with the year 2009, we have implemented the ISO 9001/2008 management system, the audit service being performed by the company TUV Reinland from Germany.
